摘要
报道了测量 Fe73 .0 Cu1 .0 Nb1 .5 V2 .0 Si1 3 .5 B9.0 非晶带的应力退火方法 .通过测量经 0 MPa~ 2 4 5MPa不同退火应力作用下的 Fe73 .0 Cu1 .0 Nb1 .5 V2 .0 Si1 3 .5 B9.0 纳米微晶薄带的磁特性 ,发现通过退火应力的控制 ,可以控制其磁晶各向异性场 HK;利用材料的磁阻抗曲线 。
The technology of annealing under stress on Fe 73.0 Cu 1.0 Nb 1.5 V 2.0 Si 13.5 B 9.0 amorphous ribbons was reported. By systematic study of the effects of the stress changes in 0 MPa^245 MPa at a fixed annealing temperature 540 ℃, on the magneto impedance response in Fe 73.0 Cu 1.0 Nb 1.5 V 2.0 Si 13.5 B 9.0 nanocrystalline ribbons had been investigated.It was found that the anisotropic field H k was under the controll of annealing stress and anisotropic field H k could be measured by the response of the magneto impedance in Fe based nanocrystalline ribbons.
