摘要
研究了大豆磷脂的降血脂作用 .大鼠在食用高脂饲料的同时灌服大豆磷脂 0 .75g· kg- 1· d- 1~3.0 0 g· kg- 1 · d- 1 ,并于实验前、实验 1 5d和 2 1 d时分别测血清总胆固醇 ( TC)、甘油三酯 ( TG)、高密度脂蛋白 -胆固醇 ( HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白 -胆固醇 ( LDL-C)的浓度 .结果表明 ,大鼠在食用高脂饲料的同时 ,灌服大豆磷脂 3.0 0 g· kg- 1· d- 1 1 5d时 ,血清 HDL-C浓度显著升高 ( P<0 .0 5) ,LDL-C浓度显著降低 ( P<0 .0 5) ;2 1 d时 ,0 .75g·kg- 1 · d- 1 ~ 3.0 0 g·kg- 1 ·d- 1 大豆磷脂均能使血清 TC浓度降低 ( P<0 .0 5) ,降幅 2 8.8%~ 4 9.6% .
The effect of soybean phosphatides on serum lipid reduction was studied. While fed a hyperlipid diet, rats were simultaneously force fed soybean phosphatides(0.75 g·kg\+\{-1\}·d\+\{-1\} ~ 3.00 g·kg\+\{-1\}·d\+\{-1\} ) ang measured their levels of serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride( TG ),high \{d.lipoprotein\} cholesterol(HDL C)and low d.lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL C)prior to the experiment,on \{d 15\} and 21 of the experiment.A hyperlipid diet with simultaneous force feeding of soybean phosphatides( 3.00 g·kg\+\{-1\}·d\+\{-1\} )to rats yielded a significant increase of serum HDL C level( P <0.05) and a significant decrease of LDL C level ( P <0.05) on d 15.On d 21 a dosage of 0.75 g·kg\+\{-1\}·d\+\{-1\} ~\{3.00 g·kg\+\{-1\}·d\+\{-1\}\} and yielded also a fall of serum TC level ( P <0.05),ranging from \{28.8%\} to \{49.6%\}.All of these results observed showed that soybean phosphatides have preventive effect on experimental hyperlipemic rats.
