系统教学法在高师女生篮球选项课中运用的实验研究

Experimental research on application of the systematic teaching approach to the selective basketball course of college girl students

将篮球教学和各环节作为一个完整的过程来考察 ,提出通过明确目的与激发动机 ,设计准备活动和培养学生专项技能 ,采用多样化的练习方法 ,运用比赛形式提高实战技术 ,通过规则教学加深学生对篮球运动基本规律的理解等方法 。

In order to improve the teaching quality of the selective basketball course for the college students, the authors investigated the different steps as a whole process by means of setting specific teaching goals,activating the students′ motivations, designing some preparatory activities, and improving their skills . Moreover,they had choosed various ways of training, e.g. participating in competitions to gain real experience and teaching playing ,rules to help the students to get a better understanding of the basic principles in playing basketball.
