高校学生宿舍建设是目前高校基本建设的一个重要方面 ,也是高校后勤改革的热点之一 .从投资途径和建筑的平面、结构、立面、屋面、强弱电及内部家具布置等方面进行了研讨 。

The construction of university students′ hostel is an important field in university capital construction now,and it is also the key point concerned with the reform of university rear service.In this paper,the way of investment, plane,structure,elevation(roofing),electric instrument and furniture arrangement of the building were studied.The results would give reference to the relevant departments and universities.
