摘要
研究了正电子发射层析照相 (PET)探测器系统所存在的空间分辨率和时间分辨率低的问题 .通过采用双面入射技术和侧面读出技术 ,提高了 PIN光电二极管的量子效率和能量分辨率 ,增加了可用光的收集率 .分析结果表明 ,经过优化设计的 PIN光电二极管及外围配置 ,与现行 PET探测器系统中的光电倍增管相比 ,具有更高的分辨率和更好的性能价格比 .
The problems of low space resolution and low time resolution in the current detector system of Positron Emission Tomography(PET) were studied. By adopting the technology of both\|side illuminated and side\|face readout schemes, quantum efficiency and energy resolution of PIN photodiode are improved, and collection ratio of the available scintillation light is increased. The results show that compared with the current photomultiplier tubes in the detector system of PET, PIN photodiode and peripheral configuration with optimized design have higher resolution and better ratio of performance to price.
