摘要
在讨论平面机构的独立运动和局部自由度的基础上 ,通过对作平面运动构件的运动线性相关分析 ,提出运动线性相关自由度的概念 .在此基础上 ,建立了含有作平面运动齿轮的平面机构的自由度计算方法 ,并用实例证明了该计算方法的正确性和实用性 .
Based on discussions for independent motions and partial degrees of freedom in plane mechanisms, the concept of the degree of freedom of motion linear relation is proposed through the motion linear relation analysis for links in plane motions. The method of calculating the degree of freedom for plane mechanisms including gears in plane motion is presented. Some examples are given to vertify the correctness and the practicality of the method. Theoretic basis is also founded for the design of redundant constraints in gear trains.
