摘要
设计光纤通信中波分复用 (DWDM)器件所用的超窄带滤光片 (NBPF) .该器件能够实现合 /分波的功能 ,避免串扰 ,具有矩形通带和较高的抑制比 .通过理论分析及实验 ,提出了采用多腔 F- P滤光片设计 DWDM用超窄带滤光片的方法 ,并举例设计 2 0 0 GHz的滤光片 .它能够满足通信指标 ,具有符合要求的矩形通带和波纹 ,插入损耗和偏振相关损耗在偏差要求范围之内 ,信道宽度满足指定范围 ,同时每层膜的厚度为规整的 λ/ 4 。
To realize the multiplexing/demultiplexing function and avoid the isolation, by adopting the multi cavity F P filter, the narrow bandpass filter with rectangle passband, little ripple and high signal noise ratio is designed for the DWDM system. The designed filter has the qualified pass band width and little ripple, its low insertion loss and exact center wavelength meet the communication specification. And it is easy to be manufactured.
