摘要
本文以~1H和^(13)C核磁共振谱为主要手段对4种国内外硫化烷基酚钙型润滑油添加剂的结构进行了研究,发现每个剂钙盐水解产物中都含有2,6—二(β-羟基乙硫基)-4-十二烷基苯酚这一主要结构组份,它表明有2个乙二醇分子同时引进了该结构组份中,因此,传统上认为仅起促进剂作用的乙二醇在事实上也参与了反应。另外,从paramox-52剂中还分离、鉴定了含量较高的长链羧酸的存在。
The chemical structures of four lubricant additives of Sulfurized Cal-cium Alkyl Phenolate produced at home and abroad are studied in thispaper. The major structural component of 2, 6-di(β-hydroxy-ethylthio)-4-12alkylphenol was found in each additive, and two Glycol molecules wereintroduced into the molecular structure at the same time. It shows that theGlycol not only acts as the promoter but also takes part in the reaction.The Stearic acid was separated and identified from the hydrolysis productof PARANOX-52(USA). The information is very useful for the control ofthe productive process and the improvement of the product quality.
