论文在调Q掺铬氟化铝锶锂激光腔内插入一块或两块偏硼酸钡晶体 ,分别进行了二次谐波和三次谐波获得了蓝光和紫外光区域的可调谐激光 ,其波长分别从448.1nm到 46 5.1nm和从 2 98.7nm到 31 0nm范围内可调谐 ,在 448.1nm处的二次谐波脉冲能量为 1 0 .2mJ ,脉宽 43ns ,线宽 0 .0 2nm ,在 2 98.7nm的三次谐波能量达0 .
Tunability in the blue UV region is obtained by use of intracavity second harmonic and third harmonic generations of a Q switched Cr∶LiSAF laser in one and in two β barium borate crystals respectively. An operating wavelength range from 448.1 nm to 465.1 nm and 298.7 to 310 nm is obtained. Second harmonic energy of 10.2 mJ with pulse width 43 ns and line width 0.02 nm is achieved at wavelength of 448.1 nm. The corresponding energy of third harmonic generation is 0.7 mJ at wavelength of 298.7 nm.
