摘要
本文研究了乙烯 (C2 H4 )在Ru( 10 10 ) 表面的吸附 ,在低温下 (2 0 0K以下 )乙烯可以在Ru( 10 10 ) 表面上以分子状态稳定吸附 ,在 2 0 0K以上乙烯则发生了脱氢分解反应 .TDS结果表明乙烯分解后的主要产物为乙炔 (C2 H2 ) .乙烯分解后碳的 1s能级向低结合能方向移动了 0 .3eV .
The ethylene (C_2H_4) adsorbed on Ru(10 10) surface has been studied in this paper. The results show that ethylene(C_2H_4)absorbs in molecular state on Ru (10 10) surface stab ly below 200K. The dehydrogenated of ethylene occurs at 200K. The main product o f the dehydrogenation of the absorbed ethylene (C_2H_4) is the acetylene (C_2 H_2). After the dehydrogenation of the absorbed ethylene (C_2H_4), the C1s sh ifts 0.3ev to low binding energy level.
