Introduces the preparation of some metallic and metallic-nonmetallic functional materials by soft chemistry synthesis including reduction diffusion method, precursor method and nonaqueous solvent thermal technology. The idea, which indicates that the granularity and distributing of metallic alloy particles are controlled by that of their precursors, is proposed. [
