氟桂嗪对高血压患者的预防性神经保护作用

Action of the prophylactic neuroprotection on hypertension with flunarizine

目的 探讨氟桂嗪对高血压患者的预防性神经保护作用。方法 将 2 0 5例高血压患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 10 0例 ,给予氟桂嗪和硝苯地平控释片治疗 ;对照组 10 5例 ,单用硝苯地平控释片治疗。均用药治疗、随访 12～ 2 4个月 ,平均 (17 34± 3 48)个月 ,观察随访患者的缺血性脑卒中的发生情况。结果 经治疗后治疗组和对照组的临床总有效率分别为 93 0 %和 93 3% (P >0 0 5 ) ;治疗组平均血压由 (16 6 5 7± 13 32 )mmHg/ (10 9 5 5± 2 5 17)mmHg降至 (12 8 80± 10 33)mmHg/ (79 6 0± 8 6 5 )mmHg ;对照组由 (16 4 88±14 79)mmHg/ (10 6 32± 11 5 3)mmHg降至 (12 5 0 0± 2 7 2 9)mmHg/ (87 6 5± 16 6 3)mmHg (P >0 0 5 )。随访中缺血性脑卒中的发生率在治疗组和对照组分别为 2 17% (2 / 92 )和 11 11% (10 / 90 ) (P <0 0 5 )。

Objective To discuss the action of prophylactic neuroprotection on hypertension with flunarizine.Methods 205 patients were divided at random into treatment group(n=100,Fulunaizine 5mg,qn and control-released Nifedipine 20mg,qd)and control group(n=105,control-released Nifedipine 20mg,Bid) with follow-up 12～24 months(mean 17 34±3 48 months).Results After treatment the total effective rate in treatment group and control group was 93% and 93.3% respectively(P>0 05).In treatment group the average blood pressure decreased from the(166 57±13 32)/(109 55±25 17)mmHg to (128 80±10 33)/(79 60±8 65)mmHg,and in control group from the (164 88±14 79)/(106 32±11 53)mmHg to (125 00±27 29)/(87 65±16 63)mmHg(P>0 05).During follow-up the incidence of ischemic stroke in two groups was 2 17%(2/92) and 11 11%(10/90) respectively(P<0 05).Conclusion Flunarizine has action of prophylatic neuroprotection on the hypertension patients.
