摘要
本文比较分析了三粒小麦和普通小麦种胚萌发初期过氧化物酶活性和同工酶的变化及其对放线菌素D(AMD)和环已亚胺(CHM)的敏感性。结果表明,三粒小麦的酶活性显示单峰曲线,AMD和CHM分别抑制其酶活力的5%和24%左右。普通小麦的酶活性显示V形曲线。AMD和CHM分别抑制其酶活力的34%和67%。 两种小麦的同工酶酶谱明显不同,AMD的抑制效应均不明显,但CHM对三粒小麦的过氧化物酶同工酶抑制较强。
In this paper, peroxidase activity and isozyme change in early stageof seed embryo germination in Trigrain wheat and ordinary wheat andtheir sensitivity toward AMD and CHM were comparatively analysed. Theresults show that peroxidase activity of Trigrain wheat presents‘a singlepeak' curve, and that AMD and CHM repress 5% and 24% of peroxidaseactivity respectively. The peroxidase activity of ordinary wheat presents‘V shaped' curve, and AMD and CHM repress 34% and 67% respectively. The gel electrophoretograms of isoperoxidase isozyme of both wheatsare obviously different. Repressible effect of AMD is not conspicuous, butCHM is stronger toward Trigrain wheat.
