细胞核基质研究进展
Nuclear matrix
摘要
核基质是细胞核内一个精密的动态变化的蛋白网络结构 ,它不仅构成细胞核的支架结构 ,而且参与诸如DNA复制、基因表达调控、RNA加工装运等重要生命过程。核基质作为反式作用因子与MARs相互作用在各种层次上对基因表达进行调控 ,并通过许多途径参与细胞癌变过程。本文从核基质结构、DNA复制、基因调控。
