摘要
2000年1～12月,在北京市某综合性三级甲等教学医院普通外科对临床常见手术病种进行了“住院流程重组”的研究。研究结果表明,住院流程重组可以在医疗服务资源基本不变的条件下,提高医疗服务的质量和效率,增加医院的医疗业务收入。
This research was carried out at a teaching hospital in Beijing from January to December of 2000. The result show that reengineering the inpatient proceses of common surgical procedures could improve medical care on quality and efficiency, and increase the hospital's income under similar medical resources.
