竞争是发展的动力,聘任是改革的趋向,建立健全竞争聘任机制是人事制度改革的关键。通过对3年来的医院竞争聘任的回顾.分析了竞聘对医院带来的影响和变化,总结了操作中的经验体会。
Competation is the motive force of hospital development, and to develop competitive enganed system is the key of personnal reform in health services. This paper gives experiences, influences and changes of the hospital in the past 3 year.
