成年丙型肝炎患者血清HCVRNA含量与其肝组织损伤关系的临床和病理研究

Clinical and Pathological Study on the Relation of the Pathological Changes in the Liver Tissues and the Level of HCV-RNA in the serum of the Adult Patients with Chronic Hepatitis C.

探讨成年慢性丙型肝炎患者血清HCV RNA水平与其肝组织病理学损伤程度的相关性。随机选择5 0例成年慢性丙型肝炎患者 ,检测其血清HCV RNA水平 ,肝穿刺活检 ,光镜多视野观察其肝组织病理学损伤。随着患者血清HCV RNA水平升高 ,其肝组织病理学损伤程度加重不明显 (P >0 0 5 )。

s:To Study the Relation between the Pathological Changes in the Liver Tissues and the Level of HCV RNA in the Serum of the adult Patients with chronic hepatitis C.50 cases adult patients with chronic hepatitis C collected by random sampling method were detected the HCV RNA in the Serum and examined the liver tissue injures activity with pathological methods.The results suggest that with the liver tissues injures activity increased,the HCV RNA in serum wasnt increasea (P>0 005).The level of HCV-RNA in the Serum wasnt correlated with the liver injures activity for the adult patients with chronic hepatitis C.
