改良连续埋线重睑成形术

DOUBLE EYELID OPERATION BY MODIFIED CONTINUOUS SUTURE METHOD

目的 :为了提高埋线法重睑术疗效的稳定性、减轻术后肿胀。方法 :重睑线大部单重连续埋线 ,两端环扎打结固定。结果 :本组共 48例 (96只眼 ) ,术后 2 4h轻度肿胀 ,术后 72 h肿胀基本消退 ,外观自然。 3只眼在术后 1周～ 2周重睑线一夜间消失 ,乃因固定线结松脱所致。结论 :本术式保留了鸠尾氏双重连续埋线法疗效恒定的优点 ,又避免了因其组织创伤大、对静脉和淋巴回流影响多所致肿胀明显、消退期长的缺点。只要缝线两端固定确切 。

Objective:To improve the constancy of the new formed double eyelid,and to relief the postoperative swelling reaction. Methods:The double eyelid was formed by single continuous suture method,and not the traditional double continuous suture method.The two ends of the suture were fixed by circular ligation at the inner and outer canthus. Results:48 cases (96 eyes)have been operated since August 1998.The swelling was mild 24 hours after operation.The operated eyes were almost recovery 72 hours after operation.Postoperative follow up for 3 to 10 months,the results showed good.3 new formed double eyelids suddenly disappeared within a day 1 to 2 weeks after operation.The reason may be the ligation of the two ends of the suture were loose. Conclusion:This modifed method maintained the advantages of the traditional continuous suture method which the new formed double eyelids were constant.Meanwhile,this method eschewed the disadvantages of the traditional continuous suture method which traumatic reaction was serious and the postoperative swelling recovery was very slow,because the traditional continuous suture method may influence the vein and lymph circulation.The results of this method were good if the two ends of suture were fixed stably.
