氯氧镁水泥的流变性能

摘要 用旋转式粘度计测定了氯氧镁水泥浆体流变性能,研究了水化时间、液灰比、菱苦土的细度与MgO含量,MgCl_2溶液的比重与温度和拌搅制度对氯氧镁水泥流变性的影响。结果表明,氯氧镁水泥的流变性能与波特兰水泥相比,存在重大差异,其塑性粘度和屈服应力比波特兰水泥大得多。因此,它具有很好的粘性。此外,为合理地选择施工制度提供了试验依据。 The rheological properties of magnesium oxychloride cement paste have been measured with a rotating viscometer. The influences of hydra- tion time, solution-cement ratio (W_n/C), fineness and MgO content of the magnesia, specific gravity and temperature of the MgCl_2 solutions and mixing regime on the theological properties of magnesium oxychlorid cements have been investigated. The results show significant difference between the magnesium oxychloride cement and portland cement in terms of their theological properties. The yield stress and plastic viscosity of magnesium oxychloride cement pastes are much larger than those of portland cement pastes. Therefore, magnesium oxychloride cement has a better cohesive property. Furthermore, it provides the experimental basis for selecting the construction systems,
