摘要
本文用气相色谱和毛细管色谱——质谱——计算机法,分离了毛穗香蕾挥发油组分109个,鉴定了41个成分。其主要成分有2—甲基—6—甲烯基—7—烯—手醇—2,2—乙基丁醛,β—石竹烯,扰牛儿醛,α—莰酮等。
An essential oil was obtained in 0.41% yield by extraction of the total grass of Elsholtzia Eriostachya Benth with ether. By means of GC/MS/DS analysis, 109 chemical constituents were isolation, 41 constituents were identified by means of spectral as well as chemical methods as 2-methyl-6-methylene-7-octem -2-ol, 2- Ethyl-Butanal, -Caryophyllene, Geranial,-Camphor et al.
