乙型肝炎患者肝组织中前S_2蛋白存在状态的初步研究

A Freliminary Study on Presence of Pre-s_2in Hepatitis B Infected Livers

为了观察Pre-s_2在肝患者肝组织内的存在状况,本文应用免疫组织化学PAP法对64例乙肝患者肝组织石蜡切片进行了Pre-s_2检测,同时应用PAP法或ABC法检测了HBsAg和HBcAg。结果表明:(1)乙肝肝组织石蜡切片上能检出Pre-s_2,经胰蛋白酶消化则能破坏Pre-s_2;(2)Pre-s_2与HBsAg在肝组织内存在状况基本一致;(3)粗膜型Pre-s_2主要见于病变明显的肝组织中,其分布区易见到肝细胞坏死现象。

Sixty-four liver specimens from patients with HBV infectien were examined forpre-s_2 with immunohistochemical PAP technique. Pre-s_2 was detected in paraffin sections of fiver tissue and could be detroyed by digestion with trypsin.The pattern of pre-s_2 expression and distribution in the fiver was similar to that of HBsAg.In the areas of coarse membranous expression of pre-s_2,which was mainly present in CAH,liver cell necresis were easily observed.
