皮神经走行特点与自体神经移植

The Characters of Cutaneous Nerves and Autologous Nerve Graft

目的 为自体皮神经移植提供解剖学基础。方法 对 15具尸体 (男 12 ,女 3)进行大体解剖和观测。结果 皮神经走行有如下几个特征 :①多走在肢体的屈侧或内侧 ;②位置表浅。③多与静脉有伴行关系 ;④变异少 ,位置较恒定。⑤走行部位附近有明显的体表标志。结论 根据皮神经特征 。

Objective To provide anatomic basis for autologous cutaneous nerve graft . Methods 15 adult cadavers (12male and 3 female) were dissected and observed. Results the characteristics of cutaneous nerve are: ① the most of them go through flexural or medial lateral of the extremities ②running positions are superficial.③most of them are accompanying with veins.④the nerves are less variant and positions are invariableness. ⑤nearby the nerves there are remarkable surface marks.Conclusion According to the characteristics of cutaneous nerve , every nerve has two most reliable places for operation.
