Crow-Fukase综合征5例分析并文献复习

Clinical Analysis of 5 Case of Crow-Fukase Syndrome and Dato Medical Progression on Crow-Fukase Syndrome Were Reviewed

目的 探讨Crow -Fukase综合征的病因、临床表现及发病机制 ,为诊断及治疗Crow -Fukase综合征提供依据。方法 对 5例Crow -Fukase综合征进行分析并进行相关文献复习 ;结果 5例患者分别有多发性神经病、脏器肿大、内分泌病、M -蛋白和皮肤病变。伴有多发性骨髓瘤等 ;结论 Crow -Fukase综合征是多系统的病变 ,临床表现复杂多样 ,应注意多系统的检查 ,特别是神经系统的检查 ,减少误诊 。

Objective To explore the cause,clinical manifestation and Pathologic mechanism of crow-Fukase Syndrome and provide basis for diagnosis and treatment. Methods Clinical analysis of 5 cases of crow-Fukase syndrome and data review were made. Results The patients had polyneuropathy,organomegaly,endocrinopathy,M protein and skin Changes respectively associated with multiple myeloma,et al.Conclusion Crow-Fukase is a muttisgsten disorder associated with plasma cell dyscrasia,The clinical chavacteristics of were complex and various.Mutiple system exam shoulu be performed,especially in nervous system,to prevent from misdiaynosis.
