绝经妇女原发性高血压性激素及血脂变化关系的研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :探讨绝经妇女原发性高血压 (EH)、性激素与血脂变化的关系。方法 :对 3 1例绝经 1a以上妇女原发性高血压患者 (A组 )、2 5例绝经 1a以上无高血压健康妇女 (B组 )的血清雌二醇 (E2 )、孕酮 (P)、睾酮 (T)、血浆总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL -C)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL -C)进行检测。结果 :A组E2 、HDL -C水平较B组显著降低 ,P、TC、TG、LDL -C水平显著增高。线性相关分析显示 ,E2 与TC、TG、LDL -C呈显著负相关 ,而E2 与HDL -C呈显著正相关。结论 :绝经后妇女原发性高血压患者存在严重的性激素失调及脂代谢异常 。 Objective To study the changes of sex hormone and serum lipid levels in postmenopausal women with essential hypertension.Methods Thirty-one postmenopausal women with essential hypertension(group A) and 25 healthy postmenopausal women (group B) were selected to compare the serum levels of estradiol(E 2),Progesterone(P),testosterone (T),total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C) and low densiy lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C). Results Analysis of variance revealed that serum levels of P、TC、TG、LDL-C were significantly higer while E 2and HDL-C lower in group A those in group B.Correlative analysis showed that serum E 2 level was negatively correlated with serum TC、TG and LDL-C levels,but positively correlated with HDL-C. Conclusions The study indicates that sex hormones disorder and adverse serum lipid profile are important risk factors of essential hypertension in postmenopausal women. [
