摘要
有人认为血卟啉铂络合物有抗癌作用,我们合成了该化合物并进行了抗癌的实验研究。血卟啉(HPH_2)是从红细胞提取的具有四吡咯结构的环状化合物。在冰醋酸溶液中,血卟啉与氯化亚铂(PtCl_4)_2-络合成血卟啉铂(HPH_2PGl_z)。血卟啉铂为非水溶性,但它在0.1NNaOH溶液中易形成水溶性的血卟啉铂的纳盐(HPNa_2PtCl_2)。合成的这种络合物的元素分析及红外吸收光谱测定结果与文献报道相符。
Hematoporphyrin with structure of the tetrapyrrole ring is prepared from erythrocyte. Hematorphyrin combinded with potassium in glacial acetic acid. These compounds are usually water insoluble. However, they can be eassily converted into water soluble sodium salts in 0.1N NaOH. The results of elemental analysis and IR spectra of this complex conformed with the data.
