摘要
组织结构是企业再造的核心。尽管 2 0多年的改革开放给中国企业注入了生机和活力 ,但仍有许多企业组织无法适应变化。要解决这一问题 ,应以新的理论思维为基础 ,构建一个以管理信息系统 (MIS)、企业资源规划 (ERP)和供应链管理 (SCM)为契点的、融核心结构层、战略运营层和企业价值链三个层面于一体的组织结构战略再造模式 ,使中国大中型企业适应激烈的竞争环境 。
The organizational structure is the core of enterprise reconstruction. In China, 20 years of open and reform policy has given much energy to Chinese enterprises, but many enterprises' organization still cant adapt to new changes and cant meet the needs of development. To solve this problem,we should design a strategic reconstruction pattern for organizational structure with more energy based on such advanced theories as MIS, ERP and SCM, combining core structure layer, strategic operation layer and enterprise value chain together.Only in this way can Chinese large and medium sized enterprises adapt to fierce competition environment and develop continuously.
