花背蟾蜍耳后腺分泌物化学成分的研究(Ⅱ 水溶性部分)

Study on the chemicai constituents of secretion of (Parotid Giands of Bufo raddei Strauch)

经用薄层层析法测定花背蟾酥的水溶性部分,证实它和蟾酥一样都含有吲哚类衍生物,但花背蟾酥中含有五种而蟾酥中含有四种吲哚类衍生物,并均含有蟾酥碱。根据蟾酥碱与重氮化对硝基苯胺稀溶液在中性条件下生成红色偶氮化合物的性质,用纸层析法测得花背蟾酥和蟾酥中蟾酥碱的含量分别为1.3%和0.8%。

Determition of bufotenine in water solubles of BRS Ch'an Su and Ch'an Su.We can known content of bufotenine in BRS Ch'an Su is 1.3%;and in Ch'an Su is 0.8%.
