摘要
从甘肃产的松潘乌头Aconitum sungpanense Hand.-Mazz.根中首次分离出十个二萜生物碱,运用紫外光谱、红外光谱、~1H及^(13)C核磁共振谱、质谱等光谱法和化学转化以及与标准样品物理数据对照。鉴定碱I为13,15—双去氧乌头碱(13,15-dideoxyaconitine),碱Ⅱ为黄草乌碱丙(Vilmorrianine C),碱Ⅲ为粗茎乌碱甲(Crassicauline A),碱Ⅳ为黄草乌碱甲(Vilmorrianine A),碱V为松乌碱(Sungpanconitine),碱Ⅵ为滇乌碱(Yunaconitine),碱Ⅶ为乌头碱(Aconitine),碱Ⅷ为它拉乌头胺(Talatisamine),碱Ⅸ为展毛乌头宁(Chasmanine),碱X为8—去乙酰滇乌碱(8-deacetylyunaconitine)。其中碱V为一新化合物,碱Ⅰ在天然界首次被分离出,其余化合物在该植物中首次发现。
Ten diterpenoid alkaloids were isolated from the roots of Aconitum sungpanense Hand.—Mazz. which were collected from Gansu of China. Their structures were determined on the basis of spectral(UV,IR,' HNMR, CNMR,MS) and chemical evidences. They were identified as 13,15—dideoxyaconitine(Ⅰ), vilmorrianine C(Ⅱ), crassicauline A(Ⅲ),vilmorrianine A (Ⅳ), sungpanconitine(Ⅴ),yunanconitine(Ⅵ ),aconitine(Ⅶ),talatisamine(Ⅷ),chasmanine(Ⅸ) and 8—deacetylyunaconitine(Ⅹ). Among them, sungpanconitine (Ⅴ) is a new compoud, 13,15-dideoxyaconitine (Ⅰ) was found in nature for the first time, but it had been partially synthesized. All other compounds have not been found in this species previously.
