Management of security in medical practice

本文论述了医院安全管理的重要性 ,指出高素质的医院人员是确保医疗安全的关键 ,医院应当有严格的岗位职责 。

Several problems about medical security were discussed from the point of view of management of hospitals; the importance of security in medical practice was discussed from review of several malpractice in the country. The author pointed out that the high quality of medical professional is the key to management of medical security.
