摘要
“高等教育大众化”不是简单地指某一静止状态 ,而是一个动态过程。我国总体经济实力不存在障碍 ,能够撑得起高等教育大众化。故我们要重新认识高等教育自身 ,从深层次探讨高等教育体制改革 ,形成多种形式办学的格局 。
The popularization of higher education is a dynamic process.China's eco nomic strength can support the popularization.Therefore,we should renew our und e rstanding of higher education and make a study of the reform of higher education system in order to run the schools of higher education in various forms.The de velopment of western areas need the development of higher education.
