西部大开发中的金融支持

On Financial Support in Western Development

本文从多个层面论述了如何运用政策性的经济杠杆服务于西部大开发，以先导的金融手段强有力地支撑西部地区经济的发展，使金融的支持成为驱动区域经济快速发展的动力源，利用金融支持实现西部大开发的战略目标等问题。笔者认为，在西部开发的大环境中，西部地区金融业必须进一步转变观念，完善各项金融支持体系，以加强金融对经济的支持力度。

As a complex systematic project, the Western Development must have a complete and multi-level supporting system including finance. The paper illustrates how to serve and sustain the Development with economic levers in policy and the leading financial means, and how to make the financial support become the powerful source to realize the strategic aim. Therefore, it is necessary to transform thoughts and perfect various supporting systems in Western areas.
