Status Quo of and Suggestions for the Investment Banking in China

我国投资银行业的发展和西方比较起来，还处于起步阶段。目前，我国面临经济结构调整和产业结构升级，这必然会加速催生资本市场中最活跃的高级中介机构──投资银行的产生。在我国，投资银行的发展还存在着一些制约因素，针对这些制约因素，本文提出了相应的发展对策。

Compared with the West, the investment banking in China is in their initial stage. With the country adjusting its economic structure and promoting its industrial structure, the birth of investment banking, the most active and advanced agency in the capital market, is a necessary product. Restraints exist against its development and therefore the authors of this paper offered their own countermeasures.
