研究生的德育工作是高校学生思想教育工作的一个重要组成部分，也是目前高校德育工作的薄弱环节。木文分析了新时期高校研究生思想行为的特点以及德育工作的现状，并提出一些看法和对策。

Moral education for graduate students is an important component of, yet a weak point in, the ideological training for higher school students. Characteristics of the current higher school students and moral educational conditions are analyzed and measures are sug-gested.
