公仆意识是现代民主政治必要的权力意识和政治伦理意识。增强公务人员的公仆意识 ,充分发挥人民的主人翁精神是保障政治清廉和实现社会主义民主政治现代化的首要的行政意识前提 ,是公务人员思想道德教育的根本内容之一。公仆意识是时代变革和发展的要求 ,是以德治国、以法治国的行政权力主体意识 ,是社会主义政治伦理道德的集中体现。增强公务人员的公仆意识首先要教育公务员充分认识社会主义制度下 ,公务权力和义务的关系 ,自觉抵制封建特权思想。增强公务人员的公仆意识关键是加强党的自身建设 ,党的领导干部要率先垂范做一个合格公仆 ,正确对待和处理人民与公仆的关系。增强公务人员的公仆意识 。
