Textual Research in Origin of Tuyanwei in Ming Dynasty

朵颜卫的初设地在朵因温都儿 (今索岳尔济山 ) ,即内蒙古兴安盟阿尔山市宝格达山。从地理位置上看 ,还应包括兴安盟科尔沁右翼前旗、突泉县、科尔沁右翼中旗的各一部分及通辽市的霍林郭勒市 ,西南延伸到赤峰市东北部。朵颜卫兀良哈人的先祖是察兀儿孩 ,其属民初系斡亦剌惕人。

Tuyanwei was first set up at Tuyanwenduer(Suyueerji Mountain today)--Baogeda Mountain of Aersan in Hingan County of Inner Mongolia.From the geography position,Tuyanwei then was conferred land of Hachiwen,who is the third younger brother of Qingkishan.Thus it should also contain a part of The Right Hand Side Front Part of Kcorchin, Tuquan, The Right Hand Side Middle Part of Kcorchin in Hing an County and the whole part of Houlin guole in Tongliao City. Its southwest side stretched to Northeast part of Chifeng City.The ancestor of Tuyanwei Wuriyanghai people is chawuerhai,its subject was Weilate people.
