摘要
在图书馆读者服务工作中 ,馆员为主体 ,读者为客体 ,二者各具主体性 ,又互为客体 ,形成互相依存 ,互相影响 ,互相教育 ,互相促进的统一关系。充分认识二者的关系 ,有利于从认识论的角度把握读者工作的客观规律 ,提高读者服务工作的水平。
In providing service for readers in a library,librarians are subjects and readers are objects.However,the two parties also have their respective subjectivity and are the objects of each other,thus a unification of mutual dependence,mutual effect,mutual education and mutual promotion being formed.To have a thorough understanding of the relationship is beneficial to knowing the objective nature of providing service for readers from the point of view of epistemology and improving the level of service.
