新世纪执政党建设应重视的历史经验

Historic experience should be valued by CPC in its construction in new century

新世纪执政党建设迫切需要解决的问题 :一是面临社会主义有史以来最严重的国际挑战 ;二是腐败日益腐蚀着我们的队伍 ;三是组织人事制度不健全和许多党员干部的政治素质降低。为了使党增强执政意识、提高执政本领 ,根据历史的经验 ,一定要在党的建设中做到 :工人阶级先锋队的性质不能变 ,马克思主义的武器不能丢 ,资本主义的垃圾不能捡 ,为共产主义献身的标准不能降 。

The following urgent problems should be solved in the construction of CPC at new century:the most serious international challenge in socialist history;corruption eating in our team;uncompleted system of organizational personnel and the political quality degradation of many communist cadres.In order to strengthen manipulating consciouness,enhance manipulating ability,we must do the following in the construction of CPC according to historic experience.The pioneering trait of woring class should not be changed,the weapon of Marxism not discarded,the garbage of capitalism not picked,the criteria for dedicating to communism not lowered,the hard working spirit not forgotten.
