加快发展我国支柱产业的思考

加快发展我国支柱产业 ,主要是由我国经济建设新阶段、社会需求结构的变化、改善贸易结构、提高国际竞争力以及支柱产业自身特点所提出的客观要求。我国支柱产业虽然已有较大发展 ,但从总体上看 ,目前支柱产业与其在国民经济中的主导地位和作用还不相称。其主要表现是 :企业规模偏小、技术水平较低、产品质量不高、国际竞争力不强等。为此 ,国家必须对发展支柱产业实施倾斜政策 ,积极拓宽资金和融资渠道 ,加快资本流动与重组 ,迅速扩大企业规模 ,加快技术进步 ,提高技术创新能力 。

Improving quickly the propping industries is the objective demand in the new stage of the economic construction of our country,in the constructive alteration of social demand, in changing commercial construction and enfrocing international competition and in features of the propping industries Although our country's propping industries have progressed on a large scale,yet overall, the propping industries don't match with its leading position of our country's economy nowadays. It mainly reflects in small scale of enterprises, low technical standard, poor qualities of products and weak competition in international commerce etc.Thus our country must take inclining measures, take various means of absorbing funds,quicken the turnover and reform of capital,enlarge the scale of enterprises, raise technical standard and innovation and enforce the international competition of the propping industries.
