University Morality Education Should Focus On the Cultivation of Innovation Quality

21世纪人才的突出特点是具有较高的创新素质。因此高校素质教育应以创新素质教育为重点。学生创新素质是德智体美、智力与非智力因素综合作用的结果。高校德育在培养学生创新素质工作中是责无旁贷且大有可为的。高校德育工作者要带头转变观念 ,深化教学改革 ,优化育人环境 ,为培养适应 2 1世纪需要的人才做贡献。

In the 21st century,the outstanding characteristic of the talent is the innovation quality.Therefore,cultivating the quality in college should focus on the cultivation of the innovation quality.The innovation quality is the combination of effects of morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetic ability and other non-intelligence factors of the people.The morality education should under take its responsibility.and there is centainly plenty of scope for this cause.The staff members should take the lead to change the accomplished thoughts.They shoule deepen the reform in education and improve the education environment so as to cultivate the talent of innovation in this century.
