摘要
强调法制是董必武思想理论体系的一个重要组成部分 ,即 :突出以人民代表大会制度为核心的民主建政思想 ;明确政法工作应促进经济建设的法制服务思想 ;强调有法可依、有法必依的依法治国思想。这些观点至今对我们进一步加强民主法制建设具有启迪作用和现实意义。
Thoughts of legal system were important parts of Dong Biwu′s theory system, which still have edification effect and great significance for us to further strengthen democracy and improve legality. This paper analyses it from three aspects: to stress the thought of democratic construction of the government with the core of regimen of People′s Congress; to clarify the legal service thought that political and legal work should promote economical development; to emphasize the thought of administrating state according to law that there should be laws to obey and laws must be obeyed.
