以一家汽车零部件企业为例 ,指出人们熟视无睹的供应链是企业的金山。提出了精益思维有效推行的 3项保证措施 ;结合行业特点 ,分别就采购、生产和交付三环节提出了有效的控制方法。将精益生产向生产的上下游延伸 ,使精益生产在企业的整个供应链上发挥了作用。
With a typical Chinese auto part enterprise, that the often ignored logistic chain can be a great potential gold mine is pointed out. Three measures of lean thinking (LT) are suggested for implementation. Also suggested are the effective control methods related respectively to purchasing, manufacturing and delivering in light of the characteristics of the industry. With the extension on both upper & lower reaches of manufacturing, LT can play a very important role in the whole logistic chain.
