阐述了质量与质量教育的重要性 ,分析了质量教育的任务、形式和现状 ,探讨了在质量教育中引入实际能力的教育 (CBE)的必要性 ,介绍了CBE的实施方法。
The importance of quality and quality education is expounded,the tasks, the forms and the status quo of quality education analyzed,and the necessity of introducing CBE(competence base education) in quality education and the method of CBE implementation discussed.
