The Concept and Theoretical Framework of Management Function Deployment

在综述现代企业管理思想和方法的基础上 ,指出了质量功能配置 (QFD)的桥梁作用及其局限性。在此前提下提出了管理功能配置 (MFD)的概念 ,并初步探讨了管理功能配置函数、MFD的特性以及其实施方法和步骤等内容 。

On the basis of summarizing modern business management thinking and methods, the bridge function and limitation of quality function deployment (QFD) is pointed out. On this prerequisite the idea of management function deployment (MFD) is introduced with preliminary exploration of the MFD functions, characteristics and implementation methods of MFD and thus forming the theoretical framework of MFD.
