摘要
帕金森氏病(PD)系老年常见病,病变主要位于黑质及黑质纹状体通路。PD患者因黑质病变引起纹状体中多巴胺含量显著降低,导致乙酰胆碱兴奋性作用相对增强,临床表现为震颤麻痹。然而,多巴胺存在于脑部多处部位,PD患者黑质以外的其他部位是否也有病变,本文从电生理方面对此进行了探讨。
Multimodality evoked potentials (BAEP, SLSEP and P-VEP) were studied in 22 aged parkinsonian patients. BAEP was abnormal in 19 patients. The main patterns of abnormal BAEP were the delay of Ⅲ-Ⅴ, Ⅰ-Ⅴ interpeak laten- cy and Ⅴ peak latency. SLSEP was normal, P-VEP which was performed in 16 patients was abnormal in 9 patients on- ly, but the delay of P100 peak latency and the increase of P100 interear latency difference were significant. The results indicated that the brainstem auditory pathway was injuryed obviously in aged parkinsonism BAEP may be useful for the diagnosis. The visual system was slightly hurt also with and the somatosensory pathway was normal or was affected very slightly. The mechanism of BAEP and P-VEP in parkinsonism was discussed.
