摘要
本实验采用体外培养人胚肺二倍体成纤维细胞,从30代开始在培养液中加入红景天甙为实验组、不加红景天甙为对照组。分别观察了两组细胞的形态、增殖速度及对单胺氧化酶(MAO)活性的测定。结果表明,实验组细胞形态、增殖速度均比同代对照组好,MAO活性比对照组低。认为红景天甙对体外培养人胚肺二倍体成纤维细胞具有一定的抗衰老作用。
Human embryonic lung fibroblasts cultivated in vitro was used in this experiment. After the cells were sub-cultured for the 30th passages, they were divided into two groups. The culture medium of group Ⅰ was added with salidroside, whik the cells of group Ⅱ were cultivated without salidroside as control. The morphological changes and proliferating velocity of cells in group Ⅰ were better than that of cells in group Ⅱ, the activity of MAO of cells in group Ⅰ was decreased. The results suggest that the salidroside have anti-aging effects on the diploid fibroblasts of human embryonic lung.
