摘要
阐明了参考文献在科技论文中的作用，论述了参考文献写作中常见的问题，提出了参考文献的写作要求和著录规则。
The use of references in a scientific paper and the common problems in writing of references were expounded. The record regulation and writing requires of references were put forward.
