摘要
本文通过对各种质量管理方法的系统考虑，建立了G－TQM质量管理模型，提出了具有可操作性的施工项目质量综合评价法。
The model of G－TQM is established through considering all sorts of quality management methods,and a practicable method to evaluating construction projects quality is put forward.
