摘要
扁刺蛾核型多角体病毒是一种单粒包埋型的杆状病毒,在扫描电镜下呈不规则多面体。病毒多角体大小不一致,平均直径为0.59μ。病毒粒子为340×85nm. 经SDS—PAGE分析,病毒的多角体蛋白主带分子量为29500道尔顿;病毒粒子的结构蛋白具有25条多肽,分子量为17.8~69.5×10~4道尔顿。病毒多角体蛋白氨基酸组成中富含Asp和Glu,而His、Cys、Met的含量却很低。病毒DNA的分子量为67.89×10~6道尔顿。
Thosea sinensis nuclear polyhedrosis was studied with respact to its morphological structure viral structural polypeptides, amino acids composition,and enzymatic digestion of viral DNA. The results showed that TsN-PV is a kind of single-embeded baculovirus and by scanning electron-microscopy, the inclusion bodies were irregular polyhedra which varied in size with a mean diameter of 0.59μ. The virion had a mean size of 340 ×85nm.By means of SDS-PAGE, polyhedrin had one major band with the molecular weight of 29500 daltons. Twenty five virion polypeptides were detected with molecular weights ranging from 17800 to 69500 daltons. TsNPY polyhedrin was rich in aspartic and glutamic acids, poor in histi-dine, cysteine, and methionine. The molecular weight of TsNPV-DNA was 67.89×105 daltons.
