本文从不确定性和牛鞭效应的角度论述了信息对供应链的影响 ,描述了在供应链管理中用IT实现的信息的价值 ,强调了制定供应链管理共享信息战略的重要意义和在未来竞争中的作用。
The article discusses the influence of information on the SCM from the perspective of uncertainty and bullwhip effects, describe the information value in the SCM by the use of IT and stress its significance and function in future competition through the establishment of information sharing strategy in the SCM. The article will be helpful to the IT application in the SCM.
