摘要 传统的市场结构分析法是古典和新古典经济学家们的杰作 ,它曾经指引着各国的市场和企业理论及实践。电子商务时代来临以后 ,这种分析法将面临着日益严峻的挑战。本文论述了电子商务网站在未来电子商务市场结构划分中的重要意义 ,并在此基础上将未来电子商务时代的市场结构划分为卖方主导型、买方主导型、第三方市场型和梯形四种市场结构。 The traditional analysis of market structure is the works of classic and neo classic economists,which has guided the practice of many countries for centuries.However,it faces many challenges when e cmmerce came true.This article is in the view that the network station is very important to the new analysis for the e commerce market,and on the basis of it,the nwe market should be divided into four categories,namely buyer leading market structure,seller leading market structure,the third part market sturcture,trapeze market structure.
